Payment & Travel Conditions

Payments

  • A 50% deposit must be paid at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event date.

  • In the case that the client changes their mind after the booking the 50% deposit will not be refunded, however, the remaining payment does not need to be paid.

  • In the case that the client does not pay the remaining 50% 7 days prior to the event the booking will be automatically cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.

  • In the case that the event does not take place due to a natural disaster, the second payment of 50% will be refunded. The deposit will not be refunded.

  • In the case that the performer is sick/injured and unable to perform a replacement performer will be substituted. If a replacement can not be found a full refund will be provided.

  • Payments are to be made by bank transfer after receiving the invoice.

  • In the case that equipment is damaged due to the fault of the client, the event manager will be notified at the time of the incident. Following this, an invoice will be sent for reimbursement of damages and must be paid within 14 days.

  • Last-minute bookings within 7 days of the event need full payment to be made immediately for confirmation of booking.

  • In the case, the event is cancelled by the client more than 7 days before the event date the second payment of 50% if already paid will be refunded. The 50% deposit will not be refunded.

  • In the case, the event is cancelled by the client within 7 days of the event date no refund will be offered.

Bookings outside the city of Berlin, Germany

  • All travel and accommodation costs must be provided and paid for by the client.

  • The cost of equipment shipping or travel must be paid for by the client.

  • A per diem charge for meals and incidental expenses will incur at the rate of 50 euros per day for both national and international bookings.

  • Bookings and payments need to be made no later than 7 days before the event date for national bookings and 14 days before the event date for international bookings. In the circumstances that the Performer must stay longer than the organised and paid for time an additional invoice will be sent after the event for all costs incurred within the extra time and must be paid within 14 days.


Event Photos/Videos

  • Any photos or videos taken of the performer at the event may be used by Lady Lee for promotional material.
